The Emerald Residence consists of three stylish villas situated directly on the stunning Kao Laem Noi beach.
Each of these tranquil villas is made up of two pavilions; a
contemporary glass inspired sleeping wing that makes the most of the
dazzling ocean vista and a more traditional wooden building housing the
living areas.
The pavilions are connected by a large wooden deck and feature large
glass folding doors that create the tropical indoor-outdoor living
concept.
Although the warm iridescent sea and quiet beach are beckoning on
the villa's door-step, your sanctuary also offers the luxury of your
own private infinity edge swimming pool, tropical garden and expanse of
grass covering the rest of the property to enjoy.>
Two of the three villas have two en-suite double bedrooms each with
king-size bed, and the third villa has three bedrooms consisting of two
en-suite double bedrooms and a smaller third bedroom with bunk beds
sleeping up to four children. The sleeping wing in each villa also has
a peaceful TV room which attracts the afternoon sun for that perfect
siesta!
The light and airy living quarter consists of a fully equipped
kitchen, dining area, lounge and the villa's main bathroom. It
conveniently opens out on to the pool deck and is the perfect place to
relax and enjoy the cool ocean breeze and watch the stunning sunsets
that the west coast of Koh Samui is renowned for.>

and small groups of family or friends. Each villa is enhanced with

Location
- On the Northern coast of Koh Samui, 25 minutes from the Airport and Chaweng.
- In
the Summer low tide season when the reef is dry for up to 100m, this
opens the beach and reef up to all sorts of other activities such as
beach volleyball, football or simply exploring the rock pools and
collecting shellfish, a safe and ideal exciting activity for children.
Villa rates
- Daily rates from US$ 430 to 660 for two bedrooms or US$ 460 to 660 for 3 bedrooms
- Bonus nights promotion available during Sep 15 - Dec 14
- Minimum stay of 3 nights (14 nights over Christmas and New Year, 5 nights for High and Prime seasons)
- Rates
shown are for a maximum of up to 4 or 6 (four or six) Guests (including
children) depending on rate scheme allocated. Extra bed will be charged
at US$50 per night
- Daily Rates and extra beds are subject to 10% service charge and 7% tax
- Airport transfer: US$ 35 (plus tax) per trip for a maximum of 7 passengers in private mini bus or luxury car

guests during their stay (usually the day after check in) to further
help ensuring guests have a pleasant stay or address any matters
arising at the villa
- Bed linen is changed every third day, while towels are changed as necessary
- Pool towels are provided and replenished as deemed necessary
