Chava - Thai Deluxe Apartment is luxury three-bedroom penthouse covering 204 sq. m. at The Chava, offers a serenely peaceful holiday experience. The development has been designed to be cooled by breezes from the nearby white-sand beach and have large sliding doors which open onto the 36 sq. m. covered veranda for the fresh sea air. It is another ideal destination apartment for guests who want to escape and enjoy relaxation within a stunning location.
The penthouse has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped modern-design kitchen, spacious living and dining area, satellite TV in each bedroom, CD/ DVD player and Wi-Fi Internet connection. The living and dining area is open plan, comprising a round table for 6, 3-seater L-shape sofa, 4 armchairs and a wall-mounted LCD TV. From here, guests can look onto a lush mountain beyond through concertina sliding doors. Also, there are two sun loungers and a table for two for your outdoor pleasure.
The master bedroom is set with adjoining balcony and provides easy access and a private retreat from the other guests. There is also a king-size bed and al fresco en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. To further enhance the privacy and homely feel, the master bathroom has been designed to have a sliding wooden window from the bathtub that can be opened onto the bedroom itself. The second and third bedrooms are placed backward with the second having an en-suite bathroom with shower while the third having to share a bathroom with guests.
