Baan Kata View is a comfortable villa with stunning sea views in the heart of Phuket island and 10 min drive from Kata Beach. Nestled away from the main road in a quiet residential area, the villa provides views of the sunrise and sunset on Kata Beach, an ideal time to wind down after a hard day soaking up the rays with a few drinks on the balcony. Built on high stilts over 3 levels, the house offers ample space for everyone in the party to be either on their own or together enjoying meals. On the ground floor, the private garage gives access to the pool deck and the garden, large enough for parents to play ball games with their children. This area also plays host to family BBQ's or under cover outdoor dining. This spacious 3 bedroom house provides the utmost in privacy with lush gardens surrounded by high walls with security gate. The top floor is designed with a spacious open plan living in mind for more conviviality. A modern fully equipped kitchen with island opens out to the large living area which comprises a large teak dining table sitting six which then opens out to a large balcony; the lounge area makes for a wonderful place to relax out of the sun with 42 inch LCD television, DVD and stereo system. On the first level is the master bedroom with a large balcony & oversized bed that offers views over Kata bay from both the bedroom and the large en-suite with Jacuzzi. The master suite is also equipped with a large flat screen TV, DVD player and Satellite television connection. Two smaller bedrooms complete the bedding arrangement. Both have queen sized beds with adjoining bathroom which they share. Baan Kata View, is a typical holiday home which Guests will surely enjoy due to its proximity to the beach and the spaciousness made available. Location- In Kata, South West of Phuket island, 55 minutes from the airport
- Phuket town is a mere 25 minutes drive, Kata and its array of restaurants is 10 min away while Patong Beach, the main night life area of Phuket is 20 minutes drive
Rates- Daily rates from US$300 to 600 for full occupancy; 2 bedroom occupancy with daily rates from US$250 to 500 also available depending on seasons

- Extra bed will be charged at US$50 per night
- Minimum stay of 3 nights (10 nights over Christmas and New Year, 5 nights for High and Peak seasons)
- Airport transfer: US$ 40 (plus tax) per trip for a maximum of 7 passengers in private mini bus or luxury car
- Baby cot provided free of charge

- Daily Rates and extra beds are subject to 10% service charge and 7% tax
